It’s hard to believe we’re only about a month away from POWERGEN International in Orlando.
Our advisory committee has planned an impressive lineup of educational sessions for 2023, headlined by the leaders who are driving advancements in power generation and the greater energy transformation.
As we lead up to the event, we’ll be previewing some of the speakers who will be presenting at POWERGEN, which is Feb. 21-23, 2023.
Logan Browning, Digital Twin Visualization Scientist, Idaho National Laboratory
Notable: Along with INL’s Christopher Ritter, Browning will present as part of The Evolving Power Plant conference track. The session An open source digital engineering framework for clean energy power plants will highlight how Digital Twin advancements are transforming complex infrastructure development projects.
Quotable: “A lot of projects are behind schedule and over cost, and how do we fix that? Our group (INL) focuses on using this technology through digital engineering to minimize risk and cost and schedule, because we’re able to plan out the product before it is built. We’re able to forecast, we’re able to catch these mistakes using these different capabilities, and they help benefit the project overall.”
Browning’s presentation will be on Feb 21, 2023 at 1:00pm – 1:30pm EST. Please don’t miss this opportunity to join us in Orlando. You can learn more about our speakers and register at POWERGEN.com.
