Clean Fuels, EPA Pause Litigation on Separated Food Waste

Clean Fuels Alliance America and the U.S. Department of Justice recently filed a joint motion with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit concerning Clean Fuels Alliance America v. EPA, a suit in which Clean Fuels challenges new recordkeeping requirements for biodiesel and renewable diesel producers who use separated food waste, such as used cooking oil, as a feedstock.
